Product & Orders
How might I place an order?

Standard orders are accepted via our online shop.

For bespoke orders, please send your enquiry via email to hello@fibreflowers.com or reach us at +65 9620 8196. We maintain a minimum SGD200 spend on all bespoke orders.


About your flowers
How do I care for my flowers following receipt?

Your flowers should last at least 3-4 days fresh with proper care. Keep them away from sources of heat and direct sunlight and replace the water in your vessel every 2-3 days.


Delivery
What are your delivery charges?

Standard delivery is charged at $15 per location.

What are your standard delivery days and time slots?

Standard deliveries will be made between 10am–8pm, Mondays through Saturdays (excluding Wednesdays); we do not deliver on Sundays, Wednesdays, or public holidays.

With our deadline delivery, you can choose from five convenient time slots between 10am–8pm: 10am–12pm / 12pm–2pm / 2pm–4pm / 4pm–6pm / 6pm–8pm.

Deadline deliveries are charged at an additional $10 per location at the checkout page except for the first and last delivery slots (10am–12pm & 6pm–8pm); these are charged at $15 per location.

Can I place an order for same-day delivery?

We do not currently offer same-day delivery for any of our orders.

How can I place an order for next-day delivery?

Our order books close daily at 12pm for next-day delivery orders; all orders placed before 12pm are eligible for next-day delivery on our website at no additional cost.

What happens if I’m not present to receive my floral delivery?

If no one is present to receive an order on the date of delivery, we will be in touch with you to get approval to leave the flowers in a safe place. If we cannot reach you and unless specifically agreed upon to leave the flowers outside the delivery address, we will schedule for a re-delivery.

Re-delivery cost is charged at $20 to the same address and any damage or ageing the flowers might possibly sustain due to a delayed delivery is at the customer’s own risk.
